New to Alameda International?

Required documentation for new students

If the student is new to Alameda International, bring the following documentation to the

school office after completing the online registration on Jeffco Connect:

  • Student's birth certificate.
  • Current immunization records —See this site for required immunizations:

http://www.jeffcopublicschools.org/health/medication.html

  • Proof of residence (a current utility bill or lease/mortgage agreement).
  • A transcript or 2014-2015 report card.
  • Copy of behavior report from last school attended
  • Attendance records from last school attended.

If you are not residing in the Alameda Articulation Area, parents must fill out Choice Enrollment forms.  All of the above documentation is also required when you submit the Choice Enrollment form
