Intensive and Community Mental Health Providers
Emergency Resources
If your child is exhibiting suicidal thoughts or experiencing a mental health crisis or emergency, access one of the services below:
- Dial 911 or take your child to the nearest hospital emergency room
- Colorado Crisis Services – Crisis line is 1-844-493-8255 or text “TALK” to 38255; available 24/7/365. This statewide resource provides walk-in services for crisis intervention, referrals or information. The crisis support line and walk-in centers are confidential.

- National Suicide Prevention Lifeline – 1-800-273-8255 (English) or 1-800-628-9454 (Español)
- Jeffco Center for Mental Health (JCMH), 303-425-0300 – Offers a full range of services and resources to support the mental health of children, youth and families. JCMH offers therapy in school for students. If you think your child could benefit from these mental health services, please reach out to their counselor.
- Safe2Tell 1-877-542-7233 (SAFE) – Anonymously report anything that concerns or threatens you, your friends, your family or your community (examples include but are not limited to: bullying, cyber-bullying, suicide threats, mental health concerns, child abuse, substance abuse, violence, planned school attacks, and any other concerning behaviors).

Mental Health Supports in Jeffco
