MENTAL HEALTH RESOURCES FOR STUDENTS AND FAMILIES

Dear Alameda Families,

Members of Alameda International’s Mental Health Team are available to assist students during this uncertain and stressful time.  Please share the resources below with your child(ren). If you or your child would like to discuss anything that is of concern, please do not hesitate to reach out to a member of our team (see below).  We would be happy to help students with processing anything that is on their mind or to make sure they have the resources they need. Thank you for sharing these resources with your child(ren). Together, we will help our students navigate these challenging times and circumstances.
